My approach to therapy is interactive and solution-oriented. While staying compassionate and supportive, I tailor the methods I use to your individual needs. My main approach is Acceptance and Commitment therapy (ACT). I also use techniques from:
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
- Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP)

I have a passion for my work and helping people overcome challenges in their daily lives. Guiding a client to regain control of their life and not feel overwhelmed with anxiety or depression anymore is very rewarding.
